Italian Pallini Raspicello

A interesting blend of rich flavors of wild raspberries from the Abruzzi region in Italy, as well as blueberries and currents, which accounts for the complexity of the nose and the fruity flavors on the palate. It has a gorgeous deep raspberry color that will make a statement either served chilled or on the rocks. Like the Pallini Limoncello, these new flavors are really at their best when served ice-cold. I keep my bottles in the freezer, which I believe really showcases their natural talent.

 

Italian Pallini Peachello liqueur

Pallini Peachcello is an Italian fruit liqueur made from Italy's finest white peaches. White peaches grow mainly in the first part of summer and reach their maximum ripeness in July. These peaches were the favourite of Virgilio Pallini Snr. In order to enjoy these luscious fruits all year long, Mrs Pallini would preserve some of the peaches in alcohol. She used what was left from this summer infusion as a base for a liqueur with the addition of some peach juice. Pallini Peachcello is inspired from past tradition with a modern eye for a more intense and mixable product. Luscious white peaches from Italy's flourishing orchards are picked at their peak of flavour to create an exquisite liqueur with a heady bouquet.
