FIERITALIA, is a hugely popular outdoor spring festival organized annually under the auspices of Co.As.It. (Italian Australian Welfare Association Inc.) is held in the historic gardens of New Farm Park and is attended enthusiastically by over 20,000 people.
Being Italian is to delight in life, enjoy family, food and sharing our culture with that exuberant energy for which we are famous. What better way to express this passion than through a festival that honours the past, celebrates the present and preserves our rich traditions for future generations.

MONDO Bar Team @RSVP in Sydney

Italiquore sponsored the MONDO bar team at an RSVP event in Sydney. Check out the images of the MONDO boys shaking it up with Pallini Limoncello. They served 3 cocktails all using the Limoncello, they were a huge crowd pleasers; MONDO Lemon Bellini, Citrus Drop and Italian Martini. You can get the recipes from the "Recipes" section of this website.
They served at least 350 people over the 2 days. Everyone loved the idea of mixing Limoncello in a cocktail and we had a lot of comments asking if this was a new product and they had all tried a Limoncello before and liked it. We had a display of the bottles on the back bar and they were illuminated and looks quite impressive. The MONDO bartenders exhibit was by far the busiest stand at the show this year.
All in all, it was a great success and a great promotion for Pallini Limoncello.
